I'd like to turn my own dials to rich and turn off the choke.
This is the front of a Johnson 3 horsepower outboard motor that my Dad found at a yard sale for $20. It has no neutral or reverse, just slow and fast. Also as you can see here you could change the fuel/air mixture for the run speeds.
